摘要
从温泉土壤分离得到11株菌株,它们的胞内释放物能将淀粉转化成海藻糖.对菌株WX-10内含物将淀粉转化为海藻糖的途径进行了初步验证,证明其胞内含有麦芽糖基海藻糖生成酶(MTSase)和麦芽糖基海藻糖水解酶(MTHase).
Eleven bacterium which produced trehalase were isolated from hotspring soil, their intracellular extract showed the ability of biosynthsis trehalose from starchIt is primarily verified the amylose can be converted to trehalose by intracellular extract of strain WX10,and this show that the intracellular extract of strain WX10 have maltooligosyl trehalose synthase(MTSase) and maltooligosyl trehalose hydrolase(MTHase)
