摘要
随着我国电力工业市场化机制的逐步建立,发电企业为提高生产效率和市场竞争力而采取的一个重要措施是用高效的中高压变频调速装置来改造传统低效率的恒速动力系统,从而降低厂用电率。为帮助研制实用化的大容量中高压 AC/DC/AC 变频调速控制系统,设计一个通用的计算机仿真平台,欲开发的变频调速装置是基于新型电力电子器件IGCT的三电平电压源型逆变器而实现的。介绍了变频装置的电力电子主电路结构,全面叙述了仿真平台的系统建模、软件编程和图形界面设计,并对平台的实现及提高仿真效率所采用的关键技术进行了重点说明。通过一个计算实例说明了仿真平台的使用方法及其有效性。
With the progress of electricity market in China, one of the key measures of power generation enterprises to improve their productivity and competitive power is to replace their traditional relatively inefficient constant-speed drive system by medium and high-voltage variable-frequency speed-governing ones and thereby to reduce the plant consumption rate. In this paper a versatile simulation platform is established to help the development of large-capacity medium and high-voltage AC/DC/AC variable-frequency speed-governing control system based on the three-level voltage source inverter adopting the new-type of power electronic device IGCT. The structure of main circuit of the variable-frequency device is presented in brief. The system modeling, software programming and the designing of graphical interface of the simulation platform is presented. The implementation of the platform and the key techniques used to improve the efficiency of simulation is emphatically described. Through a calculation example the use of the simulation platform is illustrated and the effectiveness of the platform is proved thereby.
