摘要
对于已设计投运的低压省煤器系统(LPES),存在一个使整个回热加热系统达到最高经济性的LPES通水流量。本文以某电厂137MW发电机组LPES为典型,全面分析了LPES系统的变流量特性,导出系统参数及等效焓降变化的计算关系式,并进而建立了确定LPES最佳流量的数学模型。经试验验证,本模型可用于指导低压省煤器的最优运行。
For a low pressure economizer system (LPES) which has been in operation, there exists a optimum flow that will make the thermal unit operate under the highest efficiency. This paper, by taking a 137MW thermal unit LPES as example, analyzed the flow characteristic for a LPES, derived the formulas for the calculation of parameters and equivalent enthalpy drop deviation. Further, a mathematical model for determining the optimum flow is established. Special test on the LPES shows that the model is useful to guide the optimized operation of LPES.
