摘要
用溶胶 凝胶法制备中温电解质材料Ce0.9M0.1O2-δ,(M=Pr,Nd,Sm,Gd,Dy)系列样品。X射线衍射分析表明,样品为单相立方萤石结构,晶胞体积随着M原子序数的增加而减小。高温阻抗测量表明样品Ce0.9Pr0.1O2-δ电导率最高。Ce0.9M0.1O2-δ系列样品随着M原子序数的增加热膨胀系数减小。
The solid solution Ce0.9M0.1O2-δ(M=Pr, Nd, Sm, Gd, Dy) w ere prepared by sol-gel method. The XRD measurement shows that the solid solut ion is crystallized in cubic fluorite-type structure and the cell volume of Ce 0.9M0.1O2-δ decreases with the increase of atomic number of M. The ionic conduction for Ce0.9M0.1O2-δ was measured by impedance spectroscopy and Ce0.9Pr0.1O2-δ is better i n the properties of conductivity. The linear thermal expansion of Ce0.9M 0.1O2-δ decreases with the increase of atomic number of M.
