摘要 给C_(57)BL/6小鼠腹腔小剂量注射等价结合SRBC的同系鼠抗SRBC的IgM或IgG抗体,于第4和第10天各取半数鼠脾测定直接和间接空斑形成细胞(PFC和IPFC)。结果表明:IgM抗体明显地促进第4天的PFC,IgG抗体则促进第10天的IPFC。免疫复合物中的这两类抗体都特异地诱导同类抗体的形成。 The effect of passively administered IgM and IgG homologous antibodies on IgM and IgG antibodies forming was studied. 3 groups of 24 inbred mice (C57 BL/6) were injected intraperitoneally with low doses of SRBC (as a control) or SRBC-anti-SRBC (IgM or IgG). PFC and IPFC were assayed on day 4 and day 10. The IgM antibody enhanced PFC on day 4, and IgG antibody enhanced IPFC on day 10. It is proposed that antibodies can induce the production of the antibodies Of the same specificity and the same immunoglobulin class.
