内桁架——聚氨酯泡沫塑料夹层板简化力学模型 被引量:3

摘要 通过横向刚度等效的原则,将内桁架—聚氨酯泡沫塑料夹层板转变成半连续化模型,并通过其刚度常数的推导,使其转变成正交各向异性的夹层板,通过Livbove-Batdorf夹层板理论,得到其基本方程。并就简支板为例,得到其解析解,通过与有限元分析进行对比,两者结果吻合良好。最后就夹层板的力学特性进行了参数分析,讨论了钢筋支撑的最优布置方式,以及剪切刚度对板的变形的重要影响。 In this paper, a truss-core & rigid polyurethane foam sandwich panel was introduced and transformed into semi-continuum model by means of the equivalent transverse shear stiffness. Its elastic stiffness constants were derived, and then the sandwich panel was idealized as an equivalent orthotropic thick plate continuum, and the basic equation was obtained with Livbove-Batdorf sandwich panel theory. The closed-form solution of a simple supported orthotropic sandwich panel was calculated, and agrees well with 3D finite element analysis. The parameter analyses of the sandwich panel are conducted, and the optimum layout of the stiffener and influence of transverse shear stiffness on the deformation of the sandwich panel are discussed.
