摘要
学校的风气虽然是潜在的、无形的,但对学校的各方面却具有巨大的裹狭作用。好的校风具有品牌效应,是无法计量的办学资产。因而为中外有远见卓识的教育家所重视,并从领导作风、会风、学风、教风、考风等方面着手营造良好的风气,提高办学的水平。
School atmosphere is invisible but has great wrapping function. A good school atmosphere has its brand effect and is immeasurable property for school operation and thus is more emphasized by predictable educators from home and abroad. They try to improve the school atmosphere through leaders?style of work, meeting, learning, teaching, examination etc.
