摘要
在PHA刺激下,IL-2/IL-4/IL-6诱发了正常人和活动性SLE患者的静止T细胞的增殖反应,而且两者的增殖反应的强度相同.然而,PHA联合PMA只能诱导正常人的静止T细胞发生增殖反应,对活动性SLE患者的静止T细胞却无作用。PMA是细胞内PKC的直接激活剂,由它提供的信号协同PHA提供的信号可以使T细胞活化增殖。因此,这些结果提示:活动性SLE患者在接受PHA刺激后其表达淋巴因子受体无异常,而在接受PMA提供的刺激信号方面有障碍,这可能与其细胞内PKC的活性化功能失调有关。
IL-2/IL-4IL-6/PMA/PHA alone could not induce the proliferative responses of resting T cells from patients with active SLE and normal people, but the responses occured when the resting T cells were stimulated by PHA with IL-2 / IL-4/IL-6 ether. PHA in combination of PMA only induced the responses of the resting T cells from normal people, but not from patients with active SLE. PMA activates protien kinase C (PKC) directly. The signals that derive from PHA and PMA induce synergistically T cell proliferation.Thus, our data suggest that the expression of lymphokine receptors of T cells from patienes with active SLE is normal, while the T cells have defiency in receiving the signal derived from PMA, which is possiblly due to the disorder in PKC activation.
