摘要
用SDS-聚丙烯酸胺凝胶电泳及Westen印迹方法检测已孕与未孕豚鼠抗GPCMV(豚鼠巨细胞病毒)蛋白血清抗体,观察了12只豚鼠初期感染期间,特定时间GPCMV蛋白抗体产生的动力学。实验结果表明,怀孕豚鼠抗体产生的时间比未孕豚鼠延迟并浓度较低,所有CMV感染的豚鼠血清中抗29.5KDa分子量病毒蛋白抗体最强,持续时间长,值得进一步研究。
Antibodies to guinea pig cytomegalovirus (CMV) proteins was examined in pregnant and non-pregnant guinea pigs by immunoblotting. Antibodies to 12 guinea pig CMV proteins appeared in a difined time course during primary infection and were detected at a later time and in lower concentration in pregnant than in non-pregnant guinea pigs.
In all animals examined, the protein with a migration rate of 29.5 KDa was most intense as indicated by the observation that all guinea pigs to this protein, reacted very strongly in immunoblots and retained this antibody.
