摘要
本文介绍利用六种标准X光同位素源和亚千电子伏X光源,采用直流法对XP1110(或XP1115)光电倍增管与Nal(T1)闪烁体装配成的闪烁探测器在1~1000keV能区范围内的灵敏度进行标定,给出了在三种不同的高压下,不同厚度的新旧两种Nal晶体配制XP1110或XP1115闪烁探测器的标定结果,且给出了这些结果的灵敏度曲线。文章对利用质子激发铝靶国内首次产生的1.5keV的X光作为光源对该闪烁探测器低能道的灵敏度标定,作了简要介绍。文章还对用氮灯作为光源模拟激光打靶对该探测器的幅值线性和积分线性进行了探讨。
In the paper, we introduce the sensitivity calibrations of scintillation detectors made of XP1110(or XP1115)multiplier and Nal(T1) scintillator in the energy range of 1-keV to 1000-keV, utilizing direct - current method and X-ray isotope sources and a subkeV X-ray source. The results of calibrations and the corresponding sensitivity curves of XP1110 or XP1115 scintillators assembled with two kinds of NaI Crystals of different thickness at three different high voltage values are given. The sensitivity calibrations of the scintillator in low-energy channel using a proton - induced fluorescence source are also presented.
