摘要
横拼双金属在彩色显象管和计算机显示器中作为温度补偿和支撑荫罩框架用的一种重要金属功能材料 ,但它的带坯板形问题却长期没有得到解决 ,从而影响了横拼双金属的生产和产品质量。采用调整冷轧各道次压下率改善了横拼双金属带坯的板型 ,特别是改善了Fe- 36%Ni因瓦合金带坯剪切分条后的潜在板型 ,取得了好的效果。它对其它加工硬化明显变形率较大的精密合金的轧制也有一定的借鉴作用。
Being able to compensate the temperature,the laterally welded bimetal strip is used in making the supporting spring of the shadow mask in the display of color TV sets and cmoputers.The shape of the strip breakdown has influence on the production and the product quality of the laterally welded bimetal strip,but it may be improved by adjusting the rolling pass and reduction rate in cold rolling,especially,the potential shape of Fe-36%Ni invar alloy strip after shearing and dividing.It could also be a reference to the rolling of precision alloy with larger deformation and greater work hardening.
