摘要
用统计方法研究高功率脉冲激光器能量离散问题 ,描述了能量离散度的定义 ,给出了估算打靶成功率的方法。并以 9-5排布为例 ,模拟计算了在输入能量离散和光学元件参数的误差服从正态随机规律时 ,1 ns指数形输入脉冲经四程放大后输出能量的离散度。
The high power pulse laser energy spread is researched by statistic me thod, the energy spread is described in this paper. Supposing the output energy spread be known, the relation between the ave rage energy and the probability of that which output energy is bigger than a given value is also described. Supposing the inje cted energy and parameters of optical elements obey normal distribution, basing on the multi-pass amplifier system where the m ain amplifier has 9 slabs and the booster has 5 slabs,the output energy spread about 1ns exponential injected puls e is simulated.
