摘要
通过对INA-V型牵伸装置特性的研究分析,优化组合牵伸工艺,提出国产V型牵伸的工艺路线。经万锭生产实践,取得良好的技术经济效益。该项新技术新工艺可用于棉纺细纱机老机牵伸技术改造或新机配套。
In the light of a production practice with 10,000 spindles, the paper forwards here a drafting process line of
V-type which shows an excellent result both technically and economically and is quite adoptable to the innovation of dated drafting system.
