摘要
在项目技术复杂性日益增加的时代,基于仿真的采办(SBA)技术是一种最好的解决方案。文章介绍了基于仿真的采办的概念,描述了其体系结构及其五个要素:协同环境、国防部/工业部门资源库、分布式产品描述、数据交换格式和协同环境参考系统体系结构,分析了实施这种采办技术的好处,并结合我国实际提出了基于仿真的采办技术和方法研究和应用的对策。
SBA(Simulation-Based Acquisition) is a smarter way of doing business in the case of increasing technique complexity in service program. The concept of SBA is defined, the architecture of SBA and its five elements are described, and the advantages of doing SBA are explained. Based on the current national case, best practices and useful implementation guidance are carried out.
