本文分析了清钢联生条的特点、梳棉机自匀器及其主要任务;应用传递函数、平稳随机过程和自相关函数的理论,分析了长闭环、混合(复合)环自匀器的幅频特性,各种波段的匀整效果,棉条不匀波与片段长度不匀率的关系以及自匀系统总滞后时差对自匀器特性的影响等。
After presenting the chute feeder slivering features and primary functions of auto-levelling system on cards, the article, in the theories of transmission function, even random process and autocorrelation function, analyses the amplitude frequency properties of long closed loop and compound loop auto-levellers, levelling effects in various terms, relations between sliver unevenness wave and term length irregularity and effects of total sluggish time difference on auto-levelling properties.
