摘要
运用文献资料、观摩统计等方法对现代排球技术战术变化特点进行分析,研究结果表明:攻击性强、网上实力强的队更容易取得好成绩;接发球一攻、跳发球、攻击性拦网以及自由人的训练已成为现代排球训练的重点。
In this paper the characteristics on techniques and tactics application in modem volleyball were studied based on literature,observation,and investigation.The result shows that strong attack and block of team would have better performance. First round attack, offensive block and the liberal player are the most important in modern volleyball training.
