摘要
深圳市由于经济社会迅猛发展和人口急剧膨胀 ,水污染形势日趋严峻。水污染防治不仅关系到深圳市、香港以及其他周边城市的饮用水源保护和供水安全保障 ,而且关系到跨境水环境问题解决和生态环境保护。河流、水库、海域的污染防治是息息相关的。以河流治理为突破口 ,以生活污染为重点 ,以污水处理设施建设及污水管网配套为基本手段 ,采取各类措施综合治理水污染 。
With the rapid development of economy,society and population,the water pollution situation of Shenzhen is more and more severe.Water pollution prevention and control is not only related to drinking water source protection and water supply safety security,but also related to transregional water environmental problem resolution and ecological environment protection.The relationship among river,reservoir and sea area pollution prevention and control is closely linked.The focal point of the work and main countermeasures at present and in the future are as followings:to take river pollution treatment as breach,domestic pollution source as major type,sewage treatment facilities and sewage conduit construction as basic means,and to adopt all kinds of measures to treat water pollution comprehensively.
