摘要
本文叙述了A454型粗纱机应用偏心齿轮式张力补偿装置,导致粗纱成形角变化的基本原理。并通过分析和理论计算得知,补偿装置的偏心距小于5mm时,可使一落纱中粗纱成形角的最大值控制在45°之内,有利于减少粗纱冒纱和脱圈现象。
It is expounded here the primary principles of eccentric gear tension compensation system that changes roving shape angle on A454 roving frame. Throuth a theoretical calculation, the paper also reveals that max. roving shape angle could be limited within 45 degree, which contributes a lot in the reduction of roving halching and slough-off when the eccentricity being minor than 5mm.
