摘要
对接枝乙丙橡胶进行了制备,探讨了引发剂、调节剂、马来酸酐浓度等对接枝乙丙橡胶性能的影响。通过红外光谱对接枝产物进行了表征,结果表明:过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为适宜的引发剂,质量分数为0.1%~0.15%;调节剂(最佳质量分数为0.5%~2%)的使用可将接枝乙丙橡胶的凝胶质量分数控制在3%以内;接枝单体质量分数1.0%~1.5%为宜。接枝产物的接枝率可达0.8%~1.0%。
By prepareing the grafted ethylenepropylene rubber(EPR),the effects of various reaction parameters including initiator, regulator, concentration of maleic anhydride(MAH),on the property of grafted EPR are discussed. The grafted product is verified by IR spectra. The result shows that BPO is the best as an initiator, concentration of BPO is 0.1%~0.15%, the gel content of grafted EPR is below 3% by the use of regulator, the optimum concentration of regulator is 0.5%~2%, the optimum concentration of MAH is 1%~1.5%, and the grafting rate of grafted product can be 0.8%~1.0%.
