摘要
通过一种特定的工艺方式,在水介质中常压免添加剂由硬脂酸与一氧化铅反应合成了色泽好的高质量硬脂酸铅。合成反应速率受反应温度、一氧化铅粒度、反应物料液 固质量比等因素的程度不等的影响。以过74μm筛一氧化铅为原料,适宜的工艺条件为:反应温度60℃,反应物料液 固质量比2.5:1,反应时间330min。
By a specific process, high quality lead stearate having good color and lustre was cleanly synthesized by reaction of lead oxide with stearic acid in water under atmospheric pressure without any additive. The rate of the synthetic reaction was affected by the reaction temperature, the size of lead oxide and liquidsolid ratio of the feed. Taking lead oxide passing sieve of 74μm as the raw material, the optimum processing conditions were as follows: reaction temperature 60?℃, liquidsolid ratio of the feed 2.5:1,reaction time 330?min.
