摘要
本文通过对纺纱张力和成纱中示踪纤维的平行伸直的测定分析,证明在摩擦纺纱中逆向引纱的成纱强力约比顺向引纱高1~2cN/tex;同样在逆向引纱中,输棉管道的倾角对成纱强力有显著影响。当管道倾角为25°~28°时,逆向引纱成纱强力最高,纺纱也较稳定。
By detecting the parallel straightness of trace fibres in friction spun yarn and testing the yarn strength, it is concluded that 1—2cN/tex higher yarn strength can be reached in reverse yarn leading direction than in straightforward one , and the oblique angle of delivery pipe has very heavy influence on yarn strength. Most favorable spinning condition is that the pipe angle is set between 25° and 28° while yarn leading direction is reverse.
