摘要
本文对国产SGA313-190型液压阔幅浆纱机投产后出现干区两侧边纱同时松弛的现象,从理论上分析了该机补纱辊运转时存在挠性变形的可能,以及与拖引辊之间的隙缝对运动中纱片所产生的不良影响和解决方法。
With a detailed introduction on the whole process of dealing with edge yarn slack concurring on the two sides of the yarn layer in drying zoon on SGA313-190 broad width size machine, the paper theoretically reckons out that the possible flexible deformation of running replenishing roller could cause a gap between it and beaming roller which inspirits harmful effects to the yarn running, a satisfactory solution to the problem has been obtained.
