摘要
针对水资源评价问题,建立了区域水资源承载能力模型,并在阜新地区的水资源可持续利用研究中进行了应用,计算出了阜新各行政区的承载压力度,从而直观地对各行政区的资源进行定性或半定量评价。结果表明阜新是资源型的缺水地区,因此其经济、社会发展战略必须考虑水资源的制约与影响,以确保阜新地区逐步走上可持续发展的道路。
To evaluate water resource, the water bearing capacity model was set up in this thesis, and is used in the study of the sustainable development of Fuxin area. The degrees of water bearing capacity of cantons of Fuxin are calculated, and water resource are qualitatively or semi-quantitatively evaluated. The results indicate that Fuxin is a water-short area. For this reason, the economic development strategy must take into account the restriction and influence of water resource to ensure the sustainable development of Fuxin area.
