摘要
对韭菜组培技术在外植体的选择、培养基和培养条件等方面的改进及效果进行了综述,对其发展前景作了展望。
With the research on Chinese chive tissue culture increasing,great progress has been made in selections of explant,improvement of media and culture conditions and the efficiency.The paper reviews the development of tissue culture technique of Chinese chive and its application prospects.
