摘要 本文考察了温度、时间、煤碱比及灰组成等对不同烟煤的熔融碱脱灰、脱硫影响。总脱灰率和脱硫率分别为75%和60%。实验结果表明,反应前煤的预处理脱灰可以大大改善煤的脱灰、脱硫性能,促进杂质的释放。 The desulphurization of three samples of Chinese Datong bituminous coals by the treatment with molten caustic leaching was examined. The results show that temperature, time, the ratio of coal to molten caustic and the compostion of minerals are all the significant parameters whicheffect on the demineralization and desulphurization of coals. And particle diameter is more important parameter since the additional diffusional resistance existed in bigger coal particles(diameter: 250μm). It was found that the pretreatment of coals prior to molten caustic leaching could improve the desulpharization and demineralization of coals.
