摘要
目前,钢丝绳使用寿命颇短,且时有断绳事故发生。泛论,其原因众多。本文认为,现有钢丝绳疲劳强度理论及相关规程的隐含缺陷应属肇事主因。本文应用系列实验资料与相关基础理论建立了较为完善的钢丝绳疲劳强度数-力计算模型,并据此导出了制定有关规程(或标准)应依据的基本公式。新计算公式较全面地概括了影响钢丝绳疲劳强度的主要因素,即钢丝绳质量、负载特征、设备条件、环境约束、报废标准等。为使在用钢丝绳达到期望疲劳寿命,并能获得较高的社会经济效益,本文建立了绳载优化匹配概念、数学模型及其社会实践准则。
Currently,the service life of the wire-rope is quite short,and failures of wire-rope rupture happen occasionally.Generally speaking,the reasons are many.However,this paper considers that the main reason is subjected to theory of fatique strength of wire-rope and the inherent defects of the regulations. A mathematic model is established based on the test data and the related basic theory. Accordingly,a basic formula is deduced,and based on which,the related regulations or standards can be made.The new formula represents the major factors, affecting the fatique strength of the wire-rope,such as,mass of wire-rope,loading characteristics and conditions of equipment,constraints of the environment and standards for discarding the wire-rope.In order to reach the expected life,and obtain a better social and economic results,a concept of optimal matching load,a mathematic model and related regulations are proposed in the paper.
