摘要
在煤层内布置大巷是矿井开拓部署的一项重要改革。开采煤层群时,应用上部煤层预采卸压可有效地改善煤层大巷的维护和缩小护巷煤柱的宽度。本文引用电算动态模拟和矿压实测成果,论证了上部煤层预采卸压后,可使煤层大巷在开掘及上、下煤层回采过程中引起的集中应力显著降低。但是,由于已经塌实的预采区仍能传递支承压力,所以应该在上部煤层卸压工作面与相邻工作面之间留设一定宽度的区段煤柱,可明显改善本煤层开采时大巷的卸压效果。文中还提出了厚煤层大巷掘前预采卸压的巷道布置方式及有关参数。
To drive roadways in a thick seam is an important innovation.When mining a group of coal seams,extraction of a upper coal seam for destressing can improve maintenance of roadways in coal seam and can reduce the width of coal pillars.The results of dynamic simulation by computer and observation data indicate that destressing by mining of the upper coal seam can reduce considerably stress concentration resulted from development of roadways in seam and from extraction of upper and lower coal seams.The collapsed mined-out area can still transfer the abutment pressure.Therefore,it is necessary to leave coal pillars of sufficient size between the destressed face in the upper coal seam and the adjacent face,which can improve the de-stressing conditions when mining the same seam.The entry layout and relevant parameters for pre-mining before development of roadway in a thick coal seam are also described in this paper.
