尾绳危及主绳疲劳强度

Tail Rope Endangers Fatigue Strength of Main Rope

摘要 煤矿采用尾绳构成矿井静平衡提升系统,然而尾绳会使主绳的应力循环特征恶化、疲劳极限降低、疲劳寿命缩短。 It is considered that it is necessary to adopt balanced hoisting system which main rope weight is epual to tail rope weight when shaft depth is deeper than 600 m to reduce max.static (?)ensile stress difference of main rope,to decrease in capacity of hoisting motors and to improve antislip characteristic of friction hoisting system. Calculation results on hoisting system for deep shaft indicate that reduction of max. Static tensile stress difference make max. Static tensile stress of main rope and dynomic tensile stress and intensity of pressure on liner plate increase,which exerts an influence on strength of hoist.Reduction of capacity of drive motor of hoist does not bri ng apparent saving electricity effects.Tail rope is not a strong guarantee of antisl(?)p. Meanswhile tail rope worses cycle characteristic of main rope stress, reduces fatigue limit and shortens fatigue life. The paper mainly disccuses tail rope exerts influence on fatigue strength of main rope.
