摘要
本文重点介绍了完全由国产设备构成的充填系统条件下的充填工艺方法、井下工业性试验过程及取得的效果。
A pillarness coal mining with reused gateway has following advantages, such as releasing alternate tension of heading and mining,reduction of gateway heading and having high recovery of coal resoures. But in medium and thick seam minings,the technologies of reused gateway and rib support have not been solved with satisfaction which have been effected on the application of the technology of reused gateway. A rib filling material quick setting with water was developed by Beijing Graduate School of China Mining University and the filling material has good results after underground mine industrial trials. This paper has presented the specifications and general operation method of domestic filling material quick setting with water. The paper presented the parameter selecting method for rib side filling along reused gateway. The paper gave a detialed introduction on the filling technology with China made filling system and the processing of underground mine industrial trial.
