摘要
通过对江汉油田含油污水所进行的水处理剂综合评选实验,评选出了聚丙烯酰胺等3种絮凝剂、1种助絮凝剂、4种防垢缓蚀剂和2种杀菌剂以及较佳的净水条件,同时还得出了各种处理剂的加入顺序,经用综合评选出来的配方处理含油污水,其除油率达到100%,除铁率达到97.4%,除机械杂质达到97%,且溶解氧(DO),硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)、腐生菌(TGB)和结垢率均达到了部颁《注入水水质标准》,实验研究还为清污混注提供了有用的数据,证明各药剂配伍性很好。
A series of synthetical study for choosing additives used in the oily sewage water from the Gaochang sewage plant of Jianghan Oilfield in order to recycle an injection quality water into wells are conducted in the laboratory. Three flocculants including polyacrylamide, one flocculation accelerator, four scale inhibitors and two bactericides are chosed out of various additives. A required condition for water purification and sequence for adding chemicals is established. Through many experiments, it is demonstrated that the oily sewage water treated with these additives meets the standard of injection water quality laid down by the Ministry of Petroleum Industry. The rate of removal of oil, of iron and of suspended solids from the sewage water is 100%, 97.4% and 97%, respectively. The value of DO, SRB and TGB as well as the effect of scale control are also high enough to satisfy the standard.
