姑息性全胃切除治疗晚期胃癌被引量：1

摘要晚期胃癌大多数失去了根治机会,特别是胃体癌或胃近端癌合并穿孔、大出血、幽门梗阻时治疗更为棘手.1999～2001年间我们对18例晚期胃癌行姑息性全胃切除,通过分析其生存率及生活质量以探讨全胃切除的可行性.
