摘要
质量管理作为一种科学的管理理论和途径,已成为当前建立精干、高效服务性政府的有力工具。政府转变职能,建立服务型政府,需要提高服务质量水平,开展质量管理是必由之路。为了建设市场经济,发挥政府职能作用,必须提高政府决策质量、政策执行质量和监控质量,因而必须导入质量管理理论,建立质量管理体系。当前的经济建设要求我们必须建立精干高效的政府机构,提高政府运作效率。
It is capable that quality management has become current establishment as channel and management theory of a kind of science,,the strong tool of the service government of efficiency.Government change function,construction service type government need to raise service quality level,it is only way to develop quality management,to build market economy,play government function role,must raise government decision quality,policy conducted quality and monitoring quality,thus bring into quality management theory,es-tablish quality management system,current economic construction requirement us must establish the government organization of capable efficiency,raise government running efficiency.
