摘要
为中餐炒菜灶开发了鼓风旋流式燃烧装置。本文在实验室观察和测试的基础上对旋流器和燃气喷头的空气动力特性以及装置的燃烧特性进行了扼要的论述。
A air-blast swirling-flow burner for Chinese cooker has been developed. This paper briefly deals with the aerodynamic characteristics of swirler,po-rthead and the combustion performance of burner which are derived from the laboratory investigation and measurements.
