摘要
本文研究了煤焦油流体物性和喹啉不溶物的性质,分别采用离心法和溶剂——离心法分离煤焦油中喹啉不溶物(QI),对影响分离的主要因素进行了试验,使精制焦油中喹啉不溶物降至0.1%以下,对梅山和宝钢两种焦油的试验,均取得比较满意的结果。
This article reports the properties of the fluid and the quinoline insoluble (QI) in coal tar, primary factors of affect on the removal, and the experimental process in which the centrifugal separation and the solvent . centrifugal separation are adopted respectively to remove the QI in coal tar. The experiment has obtained satisfactory result both in the coking plant of Meishan Metallurgical Co. and that of Shanghai Baoshan Iron and Steel Co., i.e. decreasing the QI in the refined coal tar lower than 0.1% (Wt) .
