摘要
高温空气—水蒸汽煤气化法是利用高温热风炉,获得温度为1000~1200℃的空气—蒸汽混合气,作为气化剂,以代替氧气和富氧空气。该法用于固定床气化炉,其煤气热值达1800~2200kcal/m^3(烟煤为原料)和1600~2000kcal/m^3(无烟煤为原料);煤气化效率烟煤为70%以上,无烟煤为65以上;气化强度烟煤为2500m^3/m^2·h,无烟煤为2000m^3/m^2·h。
High Temperature air-steam gasification of coal technology is that using the hot blast store, air-steam compound of 1000-12000癈 can be produced, which is used as the gasification agent and substituted for oxygen or oxygen-riched air. It is a fixed bed coal gasification process and processes the gas with a heating value of up to 1800-2200 kcal/m3 for bituminous coal and of 1600-2000℃ kcal/m3 for anthracite coal. The gas yield is over 70% and 65% the gasification intensity 2500m3/m2.h and 2000m8/m2.h for bituminous coal anthracite coal, repectively.
