摘要
根据近两年的应用研究与工程实践,提出水泥混凝土路面板底脱空的判断准则.在灌浆加固修复时,应力争钻孔在脱空区深度最大的地方,以提高灌浆效果.根据灌浆材料早强、高强、大流动、微膨胀等性能的要求,对灌浆材料配合比进行对比试验,提出了最适浆体材料的配合比.该修补浆体材料已成功应用于多个工程项目中.同时,提出修补施工控制要点,可供水泥混凝土路面修补参考.
The criteria for determining hollow bottoms of cement concrete pavement plates were presented from the application research and engineering practice in the latest two years. When implementing the grouting method to strengthen and repair hollow bottoms of cement concrete pavement plates, the holes should be drilled into the deepest void zones of the plates to improve the effect of grouting. The most suitable ratio is proposed by comparison testing for ratios of the grouting paste mixture, according to the requirement of highearly strength, high strength, highslump and low expansion of the grouting paste. The grouting paste mixture has been successfully used in some engineering projects. The key points for controlling the repairing construction by the method were also proposed for reference to repair of cement concrete pavements.
