摘要
选用4头装有永久瘤胃瘘管的杂交阉牛,采用4×4拉丁方设计,研究棕榈酸对瘤胃内环境的影响.结果表明:棕榈酸添加量分别为1.5%、3.0%及4.5%的纤毛虫活力沉淀的试验时间比对照组分别延长11.39%、26.77%及32.46%;瘤胃液的pH分别升高1.75%、2.71%及4.30%;瘤胃液Ca2+质量浓度分别下降9.51%、26.32%、28.83%(P<0.05);Mg2+质量浓度分别下降5.52%(P>0.05)、22.81%(P<0.01)、24.54%(P<0.01);NH3-N质量浓度分别下降3.28%(P<0.05)、23.03%(P<0.01)、24.02%(P<0.01);挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)浓度分别下降3.28%(P<0.05)、23.03%(P<0.05)、24.02%(P<0.01).
Four adult hybrid steers fitted with permanent cannula were used with a 4×4 Latinsquare design to study the effect of palm acid on the ruminal environment. Palm acid was added at 0%, 1.5%, 3.0% and 4.5% respectively to the diet of the steers. The results were as follows: the deposit time of testing activity of protozoa of 1.5%, 3.0%, 4.5% groups were prolonged by 11.39%, 26.77% and 32.46%, respectively than control group. The values of pH were increased by 1.75%, 2.71% and 4.31% respectively. The concentrates of calcium ion were decreased by 9.51%, 26.32% and 28.83% (P<0.05), respectively, and magnesium ions were decreased by 5.52% (P>0.05), 22.81% (P<0.01) and 24.54% (P<0.01), respectively. The concentrates of NH3N were decreased by 3.28% (P<0.05), 23.03% (P<0.01) and 24.02% (P<0.01), respectively. Total volatile fatty acids (VFA) were decreased by 3.28%(P<0.05), 23.03% (P<0.05) and 24.02% (P<0.01), respectively, and acetic acids were decreased by 11.61% (P>0.05), 21.41% (P<0.05)and 23.97% (P<0.05), respectively. The effect of palm acid on the concentrate of propionic acid was not significant (P>0.05). The concentrate of butyric acid was increased by 24.67% (P<0.05)in 4.5% group but without significant difference compared with other groups.
