摘要
绞股蓝叶片细胞膜相对透性,K+、Mg2+、Ca2+渗漏量及可溶性糖的质量分数随处理温度的下降而增大;低温持续时间越长,细胞膜遭受破坏程度越严重.绞股蓝的临界低温为0℃.K+渗漏量可作为评价绞股蓝叶片低温伤害的一个重要指标.
Effects of low temperature on substance leaking of Gynostemma pentaphyllam leaf cells were studied. The results showed that the relative permeability of cell membrane, leakage amount of K+, Mg2+, Ca2+ and the mass fraction of soluble sugar of G.pentaphyllam leaves increased with the decline of temperature. The cell membrane was heavily damaged when the stress time was prolonged, the critical low temperature was 0 ℃. The leakage amount of K+ could be regarded as an important index for evaluating the injury of low temperature to G.pentaphyllam leaves.
