胺碘酮对阵发性房颤和持续性房颤的疗效分析
摘要
房颤为临床常见的心律失常,流行病学研究表明,不论是否有心脏器质性疾病,有房颤患者的死亡率高于无房颤患者的2倍,且发生血栓栓塞导致中风严重致残的发生率明显升高.
