摘要
采油厂根据所管理油田的类型、地质条件、所处的勘探开发阶段和钻井运行管理工作的实际 ,在采油厂范围内全面实施了以建章立制网络化管理为主线的钻井质量监督与管理。主要实施了油田钻井分类监督管理方法 ;钻井运行管理网络、钻井质量监督体系网络、钻井验收结算网络等管理方法 ;进行以提高监督水平为目的的技术培训和加强甲、乙方业务结合等项管理措施。加强了钻井过程中的油气层保护和新技术、新工艺的应用力度。通过几年来的实践 ,提高了新井钻井质量和油田开发水平 ,为类似企业油田钻井质量监督与管理提供了现场实践经验。
In light of the types,geological conditions,developing stages,and management of drilling operation of the oilfields under its administration,Xianhe Oil Production Plant has carried out the drilling quality supervision and management characterized by regulations establishment and network-based management.The major measures include classified supervision and management,network-based management in drilling operation,drilling quality supervision system,and settlement,technical training for improving supervision,and business cooperation between party A and Party B.More efforts have been made to strengthen the protection of hydrocarbon zone and the application of new technologies.The practice in recent years shows that improvement has been made in drilling quality of new wells and oilfield development,thus providing field experience in drilling quality supervision and management for other similar enterprises.
