摘要
猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)是危害养猪业的一种高度传染性疾病,在临床上以母猪流产、死产等繁殖障碍,以及仔猪呼吸道症状和高死亡率为特征。自1996年我国首次报道PRRS以来,现该病已在全国各地广泛流行,给养猪业造成了严重的经济损失。这里简要概述了近7年来我国对PRRS病原学、流行病学、症状与病理学、血清学、诊断学及其防制等方面的研究进展,并对当前存在的问题进行了讨论。
Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome( PRRS) is an infectious disease with highly infectivity in pig. It has the clinic characters with reproductive disturbance,such as abortion and stillbirth in sows,and respiratory tract symptom and highly mortality in piglet. Since it was first reported in China in 1996, PRRS has widely outbreak in China and resulted in the serious economic loss to swine industry. The status of etiology, epidemiology, symptom and pathology, se-rology,diagnostics,prevention and control of the PRRS in China were reviewed in this paper,additionally,the problems existed in control and prevention PRRS were discussed.
