摘要
豆科牧草白三叶与禾本科牧草黑麦草按白三叶:黑麦草70:30、50:50、35:65的不同比例混合青贮,30d后采样测定,pH值分别为5.0±0.16、4.4±0.11、4.1±0.13。试验表明,白三叶含量越高pH值越高。仅35:65组达到优质青贮饲料的pH值范围。综合外现和适口性评价,70:30组、50:50组青贮质量明显低于35:65组。试验采用供试猪空腹短时间采食量评价饲料的适口性,把适口性指标数量化,利用拉丁方进行试验设计,并对结果进行统计分析。有效剔除供试猪个体及不同时间的实验误差,增加了试验结果的准确性。
This article shows that silage quality can be influenced by white clover and ryegrass mixture ratio. There are three treatments for this experiment. When white clover and ryegrass mixed in the ratio of 70:30,50: 50,35:65,the pH values of the mixture silage were measured after 30 days ensilaged. The results show that the more white clover is, the higher pH of the mixture silage is. As white clover and ryegrass mixture ratio is 35: 65 ,the pH value of the mixture silage reachs the pH range of good quality silage. The comprehensive outward appearance and palatability are also the best in the experiment.
