摘要
目的 观察机械通气治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭的疗效。 方法 对 96例呼吸衰竭的新生儿上呼吸机行机械通气治疗。 结果 平均上机时间 6 8 8h ,存活 75例 ,死亡 9例 ,自动出院 12例。 结论 对呼吸衰竭的新生儿应及时行机械通气治疗 ,并掌握好呼吸机参数的调节 ,及时安全撤机 。
Objective Observe the effect of newborn respiratory failure treated by mechanic ventilation.Methods Conduct mechanic ventilation treatment on 96 cases with ventilator .Results The average time on machine of 96 cases is 68 8h,75 cases surviued 9 cases died, 12 cases discharged. Conclusion The patients should be conducted mechanic ventilation treatment in due time and master the adjustment of respiratory machine index and timely and safely remove the machine to prevent the occurence of ventilator-associated pnenmonia
