摘要
目的 :观察nm2 3表达与皮肤鳞状细胞癌 (鳞癌 )发生、发展与转移的关系。方法 ;采用免疫组织化学及图像分析技术检测 6 6例皮肤鳞癌、1 2例淋巴结转移灶、2 1例假上皮瘤样增生及 2 0例正常皮肤中nm2 3表达情况。结果 :皮肤鳞癌中nm2 3表达下调 ,但鳞癌中nm2 3表达与鳞癌的转移、TNM分期、病理分化程度及发病部位无关。结论 :nm2 3基因表达下调是发生在鳞癌演进过程中的一个早期事件。nm2
Objective:To investigate the relationship of nm23 expression and development,progression and metastasis of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (SCC).Methods:Morphometric technique was used to assess immunostaining of nm23 from 20 normal skin samples,21 pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasias,66 SCCs and 12 lymph node metastases.Results:Expression of nm23 was down regulated in SCC and not correlated with metastasis,TNM stages,pathologic grades and location.Conclusion:The down regulation of nm23 expression may be the early event in the development of SCC.nm23 could not be a metastatic suppressor in cutaneous SCC.
