摘要
本文介绍一种同心双管分层注水工艺,其特征是在同心的双层油管柱系统中,采用两个静液压自锁式封隔器和1个插管密封总成来封隔地层,形成3条互相独立的注水通道。地面通过特制的井口装置,可以同时分注3层,也可以选注其中任意一层或二层(需要时还可在指定的压力范围内对单层进行强化作业),而注水量则由地面配注管汇的高压计量仪表来调配。该工艺管理方便,资料准确,配注合格率高达90%以上。
A proposed and patented technology of waterflooding by zonal segeration is characterized by utilizing concentric paralle strings of tubing with dual hydralic self locking setpackers and selective landing nipple. The configuration of strings used are allowed to isolate individual zones and form three separate passageway for water injection. The surfacemanifold containing three water injection lines and the especially manufactured wellheadassembly are capable of waterflooding both three zones separated and one or two of themselectively. If necessary, it is possible to carry out a treatment of any single zone for increasing injectivity. Injection rate is regulated by a high pressure measuringinstrument.
