摘要
目的 为快速、及时地冲洗伤口,达到降低战时伤口的感染率、伤残率。方法 建立犬肢体火器伤动物模型,分别用自来水、生理盐水冲洗伤口,然后于受伤后和冲洗后即刻取局部组织进行细菌定量。结果 两种冲洗液均能明显降低伤口中的细菌数量,且冲洗效果无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 自来水能取代生理盐水作为伤口冲洗液,这对特殊环境的战时伤口救治有重要的意义。
Objective To irrigate wound apace by using local materials and reduce the incidence of infection and disablement. Methods Canine models wounded with gunshot at the limbs were established. Tissue specimens were removed before and after irrigation of either normal saline or tap water from a computed irrigating device. Results There was a reduction in bacterial counts with normal saline and tap water. Reduction in bacterial counts of incisions was not different comparing tap water with normal saline as a irrigate(P>0.05). Conclusion Tap water may be the same to normal saline as a irrigate.
