摘要
介绍了利用常规高速纺设备开发83dtex/72f涤纶细旦低弹丝的生产工艺和技术,并对影响产品质量的因素进行了分析,指出了生产细旦涤纶长丝的技术关键。实践证明,在常规装置上选择适宜工艺参数完全可以纺83dtex/72f细旦丝。
The production technology and technique of producing PET 83 dtex/72 f fine denier DTY with conventional highspeed spinning equipment are introduced.The factors that have effect on product quality are analyzed.The technique key points on the production of PET fine denier DTY are pointed out.It has been proved that PET fine denier 83 dtex/72 f DTY can be completely spun on the conventional equipment by choosing suitable technology parameters.
