摘要
在大型国际土木工程施工过程中,工程变更十分普遍。为了帮助我国工程界尽快熟悉FIDIC于1999年出版的新红皮书中的工程变更机制,提高工程变更管理水平,分析新红皮书中工程变更的定义和原则,归纳工程变更的程序,讨论工程变更时竣工时间和合同价格的调整原则和方法。
Variations are very common in the process of construction of the large-scale international civil engineering works. In order to help our country's engineering field get familiar with the variation mechanism in the new red book issued by the FIDIC in 1999 and raise their variation management level, the definition and principles of the variations are first analyzed in this paper. Then, the procedure of the variations is summed up. Finally, the adjustment principles and methods of the time for completion and the contract price in the case of the variations are discussed.
