垂体瘤的分子生物学研究进展

摘要 垂体瘤来源于垂体前叶细胞 ,是常见的颅内肿瘤。它因其细胞增殖及内分泌特性而表现出各种的生物学行为。以往 ,对于垂体瘤的研究主要集中在组织学和超微结构上 ;随着分子生物学的发展对垂体瘤的认识已有了很大的提高。本文从染色体变异、癌基因及抑癌基因的突变。 Pituitary tumors, originated from homoral adenohypophyseal cells, are very common in intracranial neoplasms. They are characterized by a wide range of biological behavioral related to hormoral and proliferative activities. Previous pituitary adenoma studies mainly devoted to histological and ultrastructural classification with immunohistochemical techniques. Molecular biology allowed new approaches, especially concerning the pathogenesis and progression. This article reviews the progress of these researches regarding chromosomes, oncogenes, antioncogenes, transgenic animal models and genetic therapy.
