根据目前合肥地区住宅小区开发现状并结合具体的住宅小区,就规划设计、景观设计、建筑设计、智能化、营销策划、物业管理方面进行了介绍,反映了目前合肥地区住宅小区的开发水平和发展方向。总结了合肥地区住宅小区开发的特点。
This paper presnts current development status in Hefei housing development.
